KRXworldWIDE (Owner/Artist Of Port Boyz Music Group)

 

Kyle Way (AKA KRXworldWIDE) Was born on November 22nd, 1987, in Midland, Ontario, Canada where he currently lives. Grew up mostly around his hometown (705 Area Code)...KRX has lived in Port McNicoll, Barrie, Victoria Harbour, Waubaushene and Orillia. Growing up with my mother and her 9 sisters (My Aunts), KRX has a fairly large family, spreading out into, kids, grandkids, and even their kids...the "Thayer" family has grown over the years, going through many tough times...but also many great times. KRX started getting the feel of hip-hop through his older cousin (Ben), who had the gear (Computer, mixers, turntables, etc.) to make your own music. KRX quickly picked up around age 12 how to #MashUp tracks over instrumentals, which quickly led to making his own mixes (Ex. "Notorious B.I.G. Ft. 2Pac & Chris Brown - Blowin' Up"). After messing around over time, KRX never took his passion serious....until grade 9 came around. KRX attended Midland Secondary School (Midland, ON, CA) his whole high school years. Like many, high school was the years of teen love, drama, etc. KRX had always been writing notes/messages/letters back and fourth with his girlfriend at the time, which led to rhyming and poetry. After completing work in the classroom (or during the teachers lesson...LOL) he started turning his letters into written raps/rhymes, to change things up a bit. KRX started everyday, every class, writing, writing, and more writing until his hand hurt, writing about love, true things that happened to him, REAL life events or situations, that many people can relate to in everyday life, relationships, drama, the things people go through. Now over 10 years later, still writing to this day, KRX in the last 2 years started recording, started off with just a cellphone, that's all! KRX has been driven to make his passion into his career, making his own tracks, mixing & mastering, production, videos, logo design, the complete package #SelfProduced independent artist. In 2013, an alliance between local friend/artist 4$@K3N and KRx formed the group "Port Boyz", in which they performed at numorous events across the 705 area (Barrie, Orillia and Midland), recently going back solo, KRX has been #1 on ReverbNation charts for local and national (Canada) has many features/collabs, With over 200+ tracks out on YouTube, Soundcloud, sharing through Facebook, MySpace, ThisIs50.com, Audiomack, bandcamp, Coast 2 Coast Mixtapes, Datpiff, HotNewMixtapes.com + many more. KRx has recently had many offers to do numurous projects, features/collabs, blog site, radio interviews, websites, and has been getting really great feedback on his music, which has inspired him to make, create and please his fans with his delivery, composure, and by simply having fun while making music.....and lots more to come!
